Integration
Systems integration services
Most organisations do not have a data problem. They have a distance problem: the signal exists, but it is split across systems that cannot see each other.
The problem
Three systems, three partial truths
Sales knows demand is softening. Finance knows a distributor is stretching terms. Operations has already committed the purchase order. All three are right, none can see the others, and the reconciliation happens in a spreadsheet at month end, by which time the decision has passed.
How we work on this
Prototype first, then the build you approved.
We start by reading, not writing. Assessments and early pilots run on exports or a read-only replica, which keeps risk and your IT team's workload low. Once the joined-up view proves useful, we agree exactly which systems get written to, with their own approvals, and build the integration into the workflow where the decision is actually made.
What this covers
Capabilities, and where each one stops.
-
Connecting core systems
ERP, CRM, HRMS, finance, procurement and the spreadsheets and exports that carry the rest.
-
A single joined view
One view of the entity that matters — customer, student, patient, order — assembled from the systems that each hold part of it.
-
Scheduled and event-driven flows
Data moving on a schedule or when something happens, with failures visible rather than silent.
-
Write-back where it is approved
Pushing an approved decision back into the system of record, with a human in the loop for anything consequential.
-
Data quality reporting
Showing where the mismatches and duplicates are, so the fix happens at the source.
We do not replace the systems you already run, and we will not recommend doing so to make an integration easier.
How it is built
Decisions we make the same way every time.
- Exports or a read-only replica first; write access is a separate decision
- Every flow logged, with failures surfaced to a person
- No shared or public model trained on your data
- Open formats, exportable at any time
- Documented so your team can run it without us
Where this applies
Industries we have gone deep in, and the rest of the ecosystem.
Questions
The questions people ask about this work.
Do you need write access to our systems?
Not to start. Most work begins with exports or a read-only replica. Write access is a separate, later conversation with its own approvals.
What if our data is inconsistent between systems?
That is normal. Part of the work is showing you where the mismatches are so they can be fixed at the source rather than papered over downstream.

Tell us which systems cannot see each other
Name the two or three systems and the decision that falls between them.
