Privacy

This site collects one thing: the enquiry form.

No cookies, no tracking, no mailing list. That makes this page short, which we think is the point.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the enquiry form and choose to send us: your name, email, phone number, your organisation if you give it, the description of what you want built, and a document if you attach one. Nothing else. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.

What we do with it

We read it and reply to you. That is the entire purpose. You will not be added to a mailing list, you will not get a sales sequence, and we will not pass your details to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, to count page views and which links get clicked, and to record that an enquiry was submitted. It stores nothing on your device, does not follow you to other sites, and cannot identify you. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Which page you came from

When you send the form, it records which page on this site you were on when you started it. That is so we know which part of the site is useful, and it is sent with your enquiry rather than to anyone else. It is not a profile of you and it does not follow you across the internet.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries so we can pick up a conversation you started months ago. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it.

Getting it changed or deleted

Email info@graymattertechnologies.co.in and ask. We will do it and confirm. There is no form and no process — we are a small company and a person will read your message.

Please don't send sensitive data here

The enquiry form is for a description of your problem. Don't send patient records, student records, or anything confidential through it. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a secure route first.

Start here

A sentence about what is slow, manual or missing is enough. We come back with a view on the fastest useful thing to put in front of you, and an honest answer on whether we are the right people to build it.
