Organisations we talk to can already see their numbers. What takes weeks is the distance between a signal appearing and somebody acting on it: the report lands after the month it describes, the signal sits in three systems that cannot see each other, and the insight ends up in a deck. An AI project that produces another dashboard has not touched any of that.
How we work on this
Prototype first, then the build you approved.
We start with the decision you want to make differently, not with the model. The first conversation is thirty minutes on one workflow. Within two to three hours you have a prototype on that workflow, with sample data, that you can click and argue with. If the data cannot support the question, we say so then, before anyone has spent money. What you approve is what we build, fixed-scope, with the systems it has to talk to agreed up front.

We do not sell research projects, and we do not build models for problems that a rule or a fixed report would solve more cheaply. If an assessment shows that, we will tell you and there is no charge for finding out.

How quickly can we see an AI prototype?
Two to three hours after a thirty-minute conversation about one workflow. It runs on sample data, not your live systems, and the first one costs nothing.
Do you need access to our production systems?
Not to start. Most assessments and early pilots run on exports or a read-only replica. Write access to any system is a separate, later conversation with its own approvals.
How messy can our data be?
Inconsistent naming, gaps, duplicates and years of spreadsheet convention are normal and workable. What genuinely blocks a forecast is not having enough history for the thing you want to predict, or never recording the outcome you care about. We tell you which of those you have before you spend anything.
Who owns the models and the outputs?
You own your data and the outputs produced from it. We do not train shared or public models on your information, and anything built specifically for your problem is covered in the agreement.
