Build my prototype

Launching soon

The next generation of the platform is already in the lab.

Autonomous operations, an enterprise digital twin, a business you can talk to, and the engine behind our prototypes opened up as a product. In preview with selected clients now. Here is each one, its stage and its window.

Products

Six announcements.

Windows are quarters, not dates, and the stage label tells you exactly how far along each one is. Preview clients shape what ships.

    Launching soon

    Q1 2027

    Agentic operations

    GrayMatter Autonomy

Fleets of specialist agents that run entire back-office workflows end to end, with a human signing off the consequential moves.

Autonomy takes the Connect, Predict, Decide and Act stages and runs them as a continuous loop. Agents watch the business, draft the next action, and queue it for a named approver. Every step is reasoned, attributable and reversible.

    • Multi-agent orchestration
    • Approval-gated execution
    • Full decision audit trail

    Enterprise digital twin

    GrayMatter Twin

A living model of your organisation you can ask questions of before you change anything in the real one.

Twin simulates demand, cash, capacity and staffing under the decision you are about to make, so leadership tests the quarter before living it. Forecasts carry their confidence and their reasoning.

    • Scenario simulation
    • Confidence-scored forecasts
    • What-if on live data

    Conversational operations

    GrayMatter Voice

Talk to the business. Ask for the number, the reason and the recommended move, in any Indian language, from a phone.

Voice puts the Command Centre behind a natural conversation. A plant head on the floor, a principal between classes, a clinician between rounds: each gets the answer and the next step without opening a dashboard.

    • Multilingual speech
    • Context from every connected system
    • Hands-free approvals

    Education

    GrayCampus Intelligence

Admissions, attendance, outcomes and fees forecast together, with an early-warning system for every student.

Built on GrayCampus, it reads the whole institution and flags the student who is about to drop out, the course that is about to under-enrol and the cohort whose fees are at risk, weeks before the report would.

    • Student risk scoring
    • Enrolment forecasting
    • Advisory to educators, never automatic

    Q3 2027

    Healthcare operations

    GrayMatter Clinic

Capacity, staffing and supply forecasting for hospitals and clinic networks, advisory to clinical judgement.

Clinic forecasts bed demand, theatre utilisation and consumables, and recommends the operational move. Nothing clinical is automated. Every recommendation is reviewed by a qualified professional.

    • Bed and theatre forecasting
    • Staff rostering recommendations
    • Supply risk alerts

    AI-native software factory

    GrayMatter Forge

The engine behind our 2-to-3-hour prototypes, opened up as a product for enterprise engineering teams.

Forge turns a plain-language description into a working, spec-driven application on your stack, with tests, documentation and a deployment pipeline. Engineers review, refine and ship instead of starting from blank.

    • Spec-driven generation
    • Your stack, your conventions
    • Human review at every gate

How the next generation is built

Four rules every one of them follows.

Agentic by default

Every new product is built as a set of specialist agents that watch, reason, draft and queue the next move, rather than a screen that waits to be opened.

A human approves anything consequential

The more autonomous the system, the more this matters. Nothing in the next generation executes a consequential action without a named, recorded approval.

Reasoning travels with the recommendation

Each forecast carries its confidence; each recommendation carries its inputs and its logic. An experienced person can interrogate it, and should.

Your cloud, your region, your data

Every product below deploys inside the client's own cloud account where residency requires it. Your data is never used to train a shared model.

Programmes under way

Where the next twelve months are going.

    Higher education · India

    Multi-campus intelligence rollout

A single intelligence layer across a group of campuses, from admissions forecasting to fee-risk early warning.

    From Q2 2027

    Healthcare · India

    Hospital network capacity programme

Bed, theatre and consumables forecasting across a private hospital network, advisory to clinical teams.

    Q1 2027

    Workforce

    Human Opportunity Initiative, first cohort

Measuring what people do with the capacity automation releases, and a pathway for people entering work.

Preview places go to organisations with a real workflow to run them on. Tell us the workflow and which product, and we will come back with a prototype rather than a brochure.
